Marco Roßmerkel represents the company ait-deutschland GmbH as a senator in the Senate of Economy Germany. The Senate of Economy is purely public-spirited and in constant dialog with representatives from politics and science.

Honorary senators Sigmar Gabriel, Jean-Claude Juncker, Prof. Günther Verheugen, Prof. Klaus Töpfer, Rosi Gollmann and many other experts are exciting sources of inspiration.

The Business Senate is made up of personalities from business, science and society who are particularly aware of their responsibility to the state and society. Together, they contribute to the practical implementation of the common good-oriented goals of sustainability in the sense of the eco-social market economy. The Kasendorf company stands for sustainability and climate protection like no other in the region, which is why ait-deutschland is justifiably proud to now be part of this institution.

The Senate of Economy revives the traditional idea of the senates in ancient times. A balanced circle of friends of independent minds followed the common good instead of particular interests alone.

The ethical principles of the Senate can also be the basis and guideline for the economic actions of the members of the Senate. Fairness and partnership in economic life as well as social competence of companies and executives characterize the work of the Senate. "The topics of sustainability, innovation and environmental awareness are given high priority in our company, which is also reflected in our slogan "create a better climate". My goal is to further advance the topic of heat pumps as an energy-efficient heating system in Germany through cooperation in the Senate of the Economy," says Marco Roßmerkel.

By the way: ait-deutschland is one of the TOP employers in the region. Currently, the Kasendorf-based company is looking for employees, specialists and managers for almost all areas.
