AIT INCREASES MINIMUM BASIC WAGE FOR ITS EMPLOYEES – INCREASE OF MORE THAN 10%

ait-deutschland is increasing the minimum basic wage for its employees by ten percent to €16.50/hour. All employees in regular employment will benefit from the increase from October 1, 2022.

Social responsibility - for the management of ait-deutschland this also means not leaving its employees alone in these inflationary times. For this reason - and as a thank-you to the workforce for their daily efforts, commitment and trust - the company is increasing the minimum basic wage by 10 percent from October.

ait-deutschland develops, produces and sells high-quality heat pumps, ventilation and cooling systems. In the wake of the energy transition, the company's heat pumps in particular are currently in greater demand than ever. In order to meet the ever-increasing demand, the employees at the company's headquarters in Kasendorf are working with great dedication.

In addition, ait-deutschland is increasing its production capacities: In the neighboring industrial area of Thurnau, the company is building another production site on an area of 20,000 square meters. Around 400 new future-proof and attractive jobs will be created there.
