ait-group expands management team: Heiko Folgmann appointed new Chief Executive Officer

Kasendorf, 19.03.2026 – ait-group, Bavaria’s largest manufacturer of heat pumps announces the appointment of Heiko Folgmann as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The experienced executive will assume his new position on April 1, 2026, taking overall responsibility for the corporate group, which includes the brands alpha innotec, NOVELAN and KKT chillers. In his new role, Folgmann will be responsible for the further development of the ait-group and will actively help shape the energy transition.

Heiko Folgmann brings more than 20 years of experience in the heating industry and extensive expertise in the strategic development of companies. In various leadership roles, he has successfully demonstrated how organizations can achieve sustainable growth and continued development in a dynamic market environment. This gives him a strong foundation for further advancing ait-group’s focus on sustainability and future proof solutions.
